Cancellations
Cancellations or reservation changes made at least one business day in advance allows our team the opportunity to accommodate other guests and will be greatly appreciated. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours notice will be subject to a charge of 100% of the service fee. No-show reservations are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the service appointment.
Arrival
Please arrive at your scheduled reservation on time. This will allow you time to unwind, get comfortable, enjoy a refreshment, preview a possible new look in our various fashion magazines or catch up on the latest gossip in your favorite publication.
Late Arrivals
To ensure the promptness of all reservations we reserve the right to reschedule any reservation that is 30 minutes late or later to another convenient time. It will be considered a no call no show and charged 100% of the service.
Gratuities
For your convenience D' Hawkins Studio Salon accepts gratuities from a cash or they can be placed on your credit/debit card.
Children
D' Hawkins Studio Salon welcomes all clients 13 and up. Children under the age who are not being serviced, are not allowed in the salon during appointments.
Redo
D' Hawkins Salon Studio stands firmly behind all of its salon services. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your service please contact us immediately so we can remedy the situation. Tweaks and adjustments will be honored before you leave the salon.
Payment
D' Hawkins Studio Salon Accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and cash for payment of services and products. We do not accept checks of any form for payment.
Returns/Refunds
We promise to try our 100% best to ensure you are satisfied. We ask you to review the end result of your hair before your appointment is closed. Once you leave, we are not responsible for style maintenance and upkeep. Due to the artistic nature of what we do, we cannot offer refunds on services performed. All sales on products including Hair Extensions, Closure Frontal, or Hair Extensions Products.
All sales are final.

OUR POLICIES: MODEL SERVICES
The Intern Program is the heart of D' Hawkins Studio Salon. The incorporation of new minds ensures that D' Hawkins Salon Studio is continually infused with new ideas. We take great pride in our Intern Program. We strive to create truly well-rounded stylists by providing both technical and customer service training. The Interns are given the opportunity to perfect their skills by scheduling models for appointments. To progress in the program, the Intern must demonstrate their technical expertise with a variety of haircuts and color services. These more experienced Interns are our Advanced Interns. Ultimately, once they have passed all the levels, the Interns are given the opportunity to cut and color as Jr. Stylists and then as full Stylists at D' Hawkins Salon Studio.
Appointments with Interns always begin with a thorough consultation with the Intern an Educator. We ask you to keep an open mind and remember that this is a learning situation. All work is supervised, however, results are not guaranteed. Because of the importance of this program, we encourage promptness and patience. All models are required to sign a model service release form.

Packages are non-transferable. Individual services within a package may not be modified or substituted.
